DIR-3 Compliance Date Extension: Now available with reduced fees from 21st September

As per the Information from Times of India, Government is trying to provide a further 15 days time for the DIR-3 KYC Compliance.

There are more than 2.1 million directors who failed to file the DIR-3 Form within due date including few top government officials.

The ministry had already started deactivation of DIN of Individuals for this KYC non-compliance. Now as per the information, there is a chance to comply with KYC requirements by paying the reduced fees of Rs 500 starting from 21st September. After this 15 days extension, regular late fees of Rs 5000 will be leviable.

There is no official notification as such for this extension. Lets get this notification and close KYC compliance of pending DINs.
