Weekly Funding Roundup for July Fourth Week[25th July - 29th July]

The month of June was dominated by Bengaluru startups, including the homegrown startups outperforming themselves. Even as we are almost at the end of July, Bengaluru startups have ticked all checkboxes. Moving on to the fourth and final week of July, the charts saw new names on it. July fourth week saw 30 Indian startup businesses acquiring finance, with 22 of them receiving a total of around $172 million. Jai Kisan and Fi raised the most, a total of $95 million, $50 million and $45 million, respectively. This week is among the lowest funding weeks on record.

Among all these, the notable thing is that around 29 homegrown startups collected a mammoth total of  $138 million which says a lot about smart and talented minds all around.

Growth/Late-Stage Deals

Among the only 3 growth and late-stage startups that have collected funds, rural fintech startup Jai Kisan’s $50 million Series B round, neo-bank Fi’s $45 million ongoing Series C round and Logicserve’s $10.1 million debt round topped the charts.
