16 Indian businesses received funding this week, with 15 of them receiving a total of about $273 million. KreditBee raised $120 million in the Series D round, making it the most successful campaign. 14 area businesses received investments totalling $192 million last week.

Six growth-stage or late-stage firms raised money this week. Among the listed businesses is Jupiter, InsuranceDekho, SarvaGram, SirionLabs, and KreditBee's $120 million round. During its first outside fundraising effort, InsuranceDekho may raise more money.

Bengaluru-based startups dominated the group in terms of transactions this week. Fintrackr figures show that 10 companies in Bengaluru have raised $159.2 million this week, or 62.95% of the overall fundraising. Through three transactions over the course of the week, startups in Mumbai raised $47.4 million.
